Adult Learning Programs of Alaska (ALPA)
Adult Learning Programs of Alaska is a non-profit educational organization established in 1975 to provide adult basic education services to Fairbanks and the North Star Borough. As adult education programs in the state grew, Adult Learning Programs of Alaska became a regional program serving Interior Alaska. Adult Learning Programs of Alaska's adult education service area covers the Doyon Region.
 
Alaska Works Partnership, Inc.
Alaska Works Partnership is the gateway to successful careers in construction. AWP’s construction training and placement system reaches across Alaska and is open to everyone.

AWP delivers services in partnership with Alaska’s Building Trades unions, the Alaska Department of Labor & Workforce Development, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the Denali Training Fund.
 
Alaska Military Youth Academy
The Alaska Military Youth Academy's ChalleNGe Program is designed to meet the life coping skills and educational needs of 16 to 19 year old Alaskans who will not turn 20 prior to graduation. The Youth ChalleNGe program is a 22 week residential school based on the traditional military training model.
Cadets are instructed in the following areas: Life Coping Skills, Educational Excellence, Skills Training, Responsible Citizenship, Leadership/Followership, Health & Hygiene, Physical Fitness, and Service to the Community. In addition to these skills, cadets work toward the completion of a GED or High School Diploma.

Native American Congressional Internship
In 2008, the Foundation expect to award 12 Internships on the basis of merit to Native Americans and Alaska Natives who:
Are college juniors or seniors, recent graduates from tribal or four-year colleges, or graduate or law students;
Have demonstrated an interest in fields related to tribal public policy, such as tribal governance, tribal law, Native American education, Native American health, Native American justice, natural resouce protection, and Native American economic development.
